About Pinnacle Cargo Limited

We book, move, and track freight. The work is pickup, the linehaul, customs documents, and delivery.

About Pinnacle Cargo Limited

Pinnacle Cargo Limited books and moves freight. Shippers use the company for full and shared ocean containers, express and standard air cargo, truckload and LTL, and warehouse handling between those moves. A booking is one shipment. It has a written rate, a cutoff, and a tracking number. The public site is pinnaclecargoltd.com. The company is not a bank, does not take deposits, and does not sell shares here.

The rate is the written quote. Sample lanes on this website are planning examples. The carriage document is the bill of lading or the air waybill for that move, issued from the cargo we actually received. Tracking shows the milestones operations have recorded, starting at Booked, including a clear “not found” when the number is not in the book. Transit times on this site are examples. The date that matters is the one on your confirmation, and it is an estimate unless that confirmation says the transit is guaranteed.

Operations replies within one business day. The desk is open weekdays 9:00 to 5:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 1:00. A message after hours is read on the next open day. Charges for a real booking are on the invoice for that booking. We do not ask for a portal password, a gift card, or a cryptocurrency payment to release freight.

Ocean

Full containers stay sealed for your cargo. Less-than-container freight is consolidated and rated on weight or measure.

Ocean freight

Air

Express when the date is fixed. Standard air when the cargo can wait for the next available flight.

Air freight

Ground

Truckload, LTL, and the truck at each end of a port or airport move.

What you can expect

  • Equipment and handling are confirmed before the booking is accepted, including stack limits, temperature, and whether the cargo is restricted.
  • Document cutoff is earlier than cargo cutoff. A late invoice or packing list can miss the vessel or the flight even when the goods arrived on time.
  • Detention, demurrage, and storage follow the free time named on the confirmation, not the time an email was opened.
  • Claims for loss, damage, or a charge that does not match the invoice go through the claims desk with the booking number attached.

How a booking starts

  1. 1Tell us the lane, the cargo, the pieces, the weight, the dimensions, and the ready date.
  2. 2Read the quote, including the cutoff and what the rate excludes.
  3. 3Accept it in writing. That acceptance is the booking.
  4. 4Hand the cargo over the way the confirmation says: door pickup, warehouse, or terminal gate-in.
  5. 5Track the number we issue. Contact operations if a milestone is late.

Documents that have to match

International freight moves when the commercial invoice, the packing list, and the transport document name the same shipper, consignee, pieces, and goods. Hazardous cargo also needs its declaration and labels before we can accept it.
