Is there a minimum volume?
No. Each quote stands on that cargo. A contract is optional and only for shippers who want one.

Shippers
You do not need a contract lane to book a shipment.
A small shipper might send a few pallets a month, a sample by air, or one less-than-container shipment. You still get a written quote, a tracking number, and a person at operations. Create a portal login if you want those shipments listed under your email. Public tracking works either way. There is no minimum volume.
The booking confirmation names the cutoff, the equipment, and the charges. Transit times and sample rates on this site are explanations, not that confirmation. Operations records a milestone only after the cargo or the document has actually moved.
A quote is not a booking. The booking starts when you accept the rate, the cutoff, and the document list in writing.
Samples, replacement parts, and anything with a date that ocean cannot meet. Send piece dimensions. Aircraft space is sold on weight and on volume, so a light bulky carton can be charged on chargeable weight, which is higher than the scale. Door pickup is included only when the quote says so. Otherwise the cargo is dropped at the warehouse and deadline on the booking.
Domestic pallets that can travel in a shared trailer should be packed for a dock. Add a liftgate, a residence, or a limited-access site only if the address needs it. Those are priced before dispatch. Ocean freight that does not fill a box is less-than-container: it is rated on weight or measure, whichever is higher, and it waits for a consolidation, so it is slower than a full container on the same sailing.
We may ask for the company name, the pickup address, and who will be the consignee before the first crossing, so the commercial invoice, the packing list, and the bill of lading name the same parties. That is not a credit decision and it is not a bank application. Household goods move only as a commercial booking with a packing list and a consignee who will receive them.
The portal lists consignments attached to your email.
One lane is enough. You do not need a volume contract.
Use the number we send on every piece.
The same number works on the public tracking page.

No. Pay the invoice from the booking. A message that demands gift cards or cryptocurrency is not from us.
No store app. The tracking page works in a phone browser. Sign in only if you want the portal list.
A firm rate, a booking, and a tracking number come from operations. This page explains the service. It is not a live tariff.
