No. Tracking and the portal run in the phone browser. We do not ask you to sideload a file.

The tracking page is the app. Open it in the browser on the phone you already have.
Pinnacle Cargo Limited does not publish an App Store or Play Store application. A store listing that uses this name and asks you to install a file, pay a fee, or enter a card is not from us. The public tracking page and the customer portal both work in a phone browser.
The booking confirmation names the cutoff, the equipment, and the charges. Transit times and sample rates on this site are explanations, not that confirmation. Operations records a milestone only after the cargo or the document has actually moved.

What to send for a written rate
- City or port of origin, and city or port of destination
- Mode: ocean, air, or truck, if you already know it
- Pieces, weight, and dimensions
- What the goods are, in plain language
- The date the freight is ready
- Hazardous, oversized, or temperature-controlled, if any of those apply
A quote is not a booking. The booking starts when you accept the rate, the cutoff, and the document list in writing.
Track without an account
Open the tracking page, paste the tracking number, bill of lading, air waybill, or container number, and read the latest milestone. You can bookmark that page. Spaces and letter case do not matter. If the number is not in the consignment book, the page says it was not found.
What a sign-in adds
If operations attached the consignment to your account email, signing in lists those shipments in one place, with the documents that were saved on the file. A number that is not attached to your login can still be tracked on the public page.
The cargo desk chat
The chat on this website can look up a tracking number and connect you with a person on the desk. It is not a separate product and it does not replace the milestone list. Have the number ready. The desk will not ask for a password or a payment code in that chat.

Questions
Will I get a push notification?
Shipment-specific notes go to the booking contact when we have one. The tracking page is the record. A text that demands a payment is not a delivery alert.
Can I see documents on the phone?
Yes, when operations attached them to the consignment and you are signed in to the account email on the file. The public tracking page shows the milestones without those files.
