Terminal and carrier charges that are real appear on the invoice for a booking we opened. They are not paid to an unknown wallet.

Shipment scams
A real shipment can be tracked on this website. A fee demand that cannot be tracked is not ours.
Criminals copy carrier names and tell people a container is held until they pay a stranger. Pinnacle Cargo Limited will not ask you to buy gift cards, send cryptocurrency, or pay a personal account to release freight. Charges on a real booking are on the invoice.
The booking confirmation names the cutoff, the equipment, and the charges. Transit times and sample rates on this site are explanations, not that confirmation. Operations records a milestone only after the cargo or the document has actually moved.
What to send for a written rate
- City or port of origin, and city or port of destination
- Mode: ocean, air, or truck, if you already know it
- Pieces, weight, and dimensions
- What the goods are, in plain language
- The date the freight is ready
- Hazardous, oversized, or temperature-controlled, if any of those apply
A quote is not a booking. The booking starts when you accept the rate, the cutoff, and the document list in writing.
A real notice
It uses a tracking number, bill of lading, or container number that this website can find. It names the shipper and the consignee you expect. It points you to the phone or email already published here.
A fake notice
It says you won freight, inherited a container, or must pay immediately to a new account. It creates urgency and refuses to let you call the number on this website. The tracking number is not on file.
What to do
Do not send money or a one-time code. Track the number. If it is missing, contact operations with the message and the shipper name. We would rather see a false alarm than a payment to a stranger.

Someone has my shipment details. Is that you?
Details can leak from a packing list. Call the number on this website and ask us to read the milestone back. Do not use the number in the suspicious message.
