Freight services

Pinnacle Cargo Limited moves freight and publishes the milestones we have for each consignment. Choose a mode for the cargo and the date. A written quote is the rate. The tracking page is the status.

The booking confirmation names the cutoff, the equipment, and the charges. Transit times and sample rates on this site are explanations, not that confirmation. Operations records a milestone only after the cargo or the document has actually moved.

What to send for a written rate

  • City or port of origin, and city or port of destination
  • Mode: ocean, air, or truck, if you already know it
  • Pieces, weight, and dimensions
  • What the goods are, in plain language
  • The date the freight is ready
  • Hazardous, oversized, or temperature-controlled, if any of those apply

A quote is not a booking. The booking starts when you accept the rate, the cutoff, and the document list in writing.

Modes

Ocean freight is the usual choice when the cargo fills a container or can wait for a sailing. Air freight is the choice when the calendar is short. Ground freight covers the truck that picks up, delivers, or moves cargo inside a country.

Warehousing sits between those moves when cargo must be held, cross-docked, or split. Customs coordination is the document work that lets an international shipment leave and arrive.

  • Full container and less-than-container ocean freight
  • Express and standard air cargo
  • Truckload, LTL, and last-mile delivery
  • Short-term storage and cross-dock

What a booking includes

A booking confirmation names the shipper, the consignee, the origin, the destination, the mode, the cargo, and the cutoff. Transit time on that confirmation is an estimate. Weather, port congestion, customs exams, and missed documents change it.

  • A tracking number, bill of lading, or air waybill
  • The equipment or flight we accepted
  • The documents still due before cutoff

What this company is not

Pinnacle Cargo Limited is a shipping company. We are not a bank, a money transmitter, or a place to send a release fee to a private account. Charges for a real booking are on the invoice for that booking.

How it works

  1. 1

    Ask for a quote

Send origin, destination, pieces, weight, dimensions, and the ready date.

  2. 2

    Confirm the booking

We reply with the mode, the cutoff, and the documents we need.

  3. 3

    Hand over the cargo

Pickup, warehouse receiving, or a terminal gate-in, as the booking says.

  4. 4

    Follow the milestones

Track the number. Call operations if a milestone is late.

Questions

Do you publish a live tariff?

No. Sample pages explain how pricing works. The rate for your cargo is the quote we send.

Can one shipment use more than one mode?

Yes. An ocean container often needs a truck at each end. Say so when you ask for the quote.

Where do I see status?

Use the tracking page with the tracking number, bill of lading, or container number.
