A business account is for a company that repeats a lane, needs a warehouse receipt, or wants more than one person requesting quotes. We still confirm each booking. A standing lane does not skip the cutoff or the packing list.
The booking confirmation names the cutoff, the equipment, and the charges. Transit times and sample rates on this site are explanations, not that confirmation. Operations records a milestone only after the cargo or the document has actually moved.
What to send for a written rate
- City or port of origin, and city or port of destination
- Mode: ocean, air, or truck, if you already know it
- Pieces, weight, and dimensions
- What the goods are, in plain language
- The date the freight is ready
- Hazardous, oversized, or temperature-controlled, if any of those apply
A quote is not a booking. The booking starts when you accept the rate, the cutoff, and the document list in writing.
Repeat truckload, LTL, and full containers
Tell us the weekly or monthly rhythm, the dock hours, and the commodity. A full container stays sealed for your cargo. Typical dry equipment is a 20-foot or 40-foot box, including a high cube when the port and the cargo allow it. We quote the pattern and still send a confirmation when the freight is ready. A standing lane does not skip the document cutoff.
Warehouse, cross-dock, and release
Inbound containers can be received, counted, and released to stores or to another truck. Short-term storage and cross-dock are in the quote when you ask for them. Pick-and-pack is a separate scope from holding a container load. The release is a written instruction with the consignment number, the delivery address, and the contact. We do not release cargo on a text from an unknown number.
A named contact
Business shippers can have an operations contact who already has the account, the documents, and the open shipments. That person is reached through the phone and email on this website, not through a new number in a text message. Payment terms, if any, are agreed in writing before the first shipment that uses them.
