We hire people who can move freight accurately and answer a shipper with the facts.
Open roles are posted when we are hiring. This page describes the work, not a promise that a seat is vacant today. If you do not see a posting, you can still send a note through the contact form and mark it as a career inquiry. We read it. We do not ask candidates to pay a fee or to buy equipment from a stranger.
The booking confirmation names the cutoff, the equipment, and the charges. Transit times and sample rates on this site are explanations, not that confirmation. Operations records a milestone only after the cargo or the document has actually moved.
What to send for a written rate
- City or port of origin, and city or port of destination
- Mode: ocean, air, or truck, if you already know it
- Pieces, weight, and dimensions
- What the goods are, in plain language
- The date the freight is ready
- Hazardous, oversized, or temperature-controlled, if any of those apply
A quote is not a booking. The booking starts when you accept the rate, the cutoff, and the document list in writing.
Operations
Booking, documents, and tracking updates. The job is to keep the consignment file the same as the freight on the dock.
Warehouse and driving
Receiving counts, forklift work where a site requires it, and deliveries with a signed receipt. Licenses and a safe driving record matter for driving roles, and we verify them.
Customer desk
Quotes, claims questions, and phone calls. You will be expected to say when you do not know a milestone yet, instead of inventing one.

Where are the listings?
When a role is open we publish it with this site or through the contact we name. Do not trust a listing that uses a different domain.
Can I send a speculative note?
Yes, through the contact form. Include the work you want and the city where you can be.
