Do you serve only one trade lane?
No. Tell us the origin and destination. If we cannot cover it, we say so.

International
An international shipment is a transport move plus a customs move. Plan both.
We book the vessel, the flight, and the trucks on the quote. You, or the broker named on the booking, file the customs entry. The commercial invoice and packing list have to match the freight. Duties and taxes are extra unless the Incoterm on the quote includes them.
The booking confirmation names the cutoff, the equipment, and the charges. Transit times and sample rates on this site are explanations, not that confirmation. Operations records a milestone only after the cargo or the document has actually moved.
A quote is not a booking. The booking starts when you accept the rate, the cutoff, and the document list in writing.
Export rules belong to the country of departure. If a license or a filing is required, the shipper arranges it or asks us to include that work in the quote. Do not deliver cargo that cannot legally leave.
The consignee or their broker needs the documents before arrival when the lane is short, and always before the last free day. A hold for an exam is recorded on tracking when we know about it.
Freight charges are invoiced for the booking. We do not ask you to pay a release fee to a personal account, a gift card, or a cryptocurrency wallet. If a message says that, it is not a Pinnacle Cargo instruction.
No. Tell us the origin and destination. If we cannot cover it, we say so.
Yes, when the quote says freight collect or the Incoterm leaves those charges with the buyer, and the consignee has agreed.
Send it in a language the broker can file. Ask us if you need help before cutoff, not after the vessel sails.
A firm rate, a booking, and a tracking number come from operations. This page explains the service. It is not a live tariff.
