We aim to reply on the business day we have a complete description. A project shipment or a restricted commodity takes longer.

Request a freight quote
A quote is a written rate for a lane, a date, and a described cargo. It is not a guess from a web calculator.
Send the facts a planner needs on the quote form. We reply with the mode, what is included, what is excluded, and how long the quote can be booked. Duty, a customs exam, and an accessorial we were not told about are not silently included. The contact form is for a question about a shipment that already has a number, not a substitute for the cargo details a rate needs.
The booking confirmation names the cutoff, the equipment, and the charges. Transit times and sample rates on this site are explanations, not that confirmation. Operations records a milestone only after the cargo or the document has actually moved.
What to send for a written rate
- City or port of origin, and city or port of destination
- Mode: ocean, air, or truck, if you already know it
- Pieces, weight, and dimensions
- What the goods are, in plain language
- The date the freight is ready
- Hazardous, oversized, or temperature-controlled, if any of those apply
A quote is not a booking. The booking starts when you accept the rate, the cutoff, and the document list in writing.
Include this
Origin and destination, with a postal code if you want door service. Ready date. Pieces, weight, and dimensions. Commodity. Incoterm if this is a sale. Whether the site has a dock. Who the shipper and consignee are.
If the cargo is hazardous, temperature controlled, or oversized, say so in the first message. A rate built for general cargo is withdrawn when the goods do not match that description.
What you receive
A rate, the currency, the transit estimate, the cutoff, and the list of charges we already expect. If we cannot move the cargo, we say so instead of sending a number that will be withdrawn later.
When it becomes firm
The quote is an offer for the period written on it. It becomes a booking when we confirm that we have the space and you accept it. A web page of sample lanes is not that offer.

Can you quote without dimensions?
We can estimate, and we will mark it as an estimate. The invoice follows the cargo we actually receive.
Is the sample rate sheet the price?
No. Those figures are illustrations. Your quote is the price.
