Will questioning an invoice stop delivery?
Delivery follows the booking. An invoice argument after delivery does not move the freight backward. A charge that must be resolved before release will be named on the file.

Invoices
Send the invoice number and the tracking number. We compare them with the booking.
A freight invoice should match the quote plus any accessorial that actually happened. If a line does not, ask before you ignore it. Include the invoice, the tracking number, and the line you question. We answer with the booking, the delivery receipt, or a correction.
The booking confirmation names the cutoff, the equipment, and the charges. Transit times and sample rates on this site are explanations, not that confirmation. Operations records a milestone only after the cargo or the document has actually moved.
A quote is not a booking. The booking starts when you accept the rate, the cutoff, and the document list in writing.
The quote says what was included. The booking says what we agreed to move. The invoice should follow both, plus events such as waiting time or a document amendment. A line with no event behind it is the one to question.
If two invoices use the same tracking number and the same charge, send both. We will confirm which one stands.
Pinnacle Cargo Limited does not issue payment cards and does not reverse a bank transfer from this website. An invoice question is handled by operations against the shipment file.

The invoice uses the weight and measure we received. If you believe the reweigh is wrong, say so and we will look at the scale record.

A firm rate, a booking, and a tracking number come from operations. This page explains the service. It is not a live tariff.
